Returns

We have a 30-day, no questions asked return policy. Except when the Holiday Return Policy applies (see below), if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund, but may be able to offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

Holiday Return Policy

For all orders placed between November 10th and December 10th, our normal 30-day return deadline is extended until January 10th. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 10 business days). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of non-delivery caused by the carrier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ekrin.com.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer two convenient options:

  1. Prepaid Label: Contact us to receive a prepaid return label. A flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your total refund.
  2. Self-Shipping: You may use your own preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). We strongly recommend using a service that is insured and trackable, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
