Returns

We have a 30-day, no questions asked return policy. Except when the Holiday Return Policy applies (see below), if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund, but may be able to offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

Holiday Return Policy

For all orders placed between November 10th and December 10th, our normal 30-day return deadline is extended until January 10th. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 10 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ekrin.com.

Shipping

Free shipping is for U.S. orders only via standard shipping services.

Estimated transit times are business days, not calendar days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is not delivered through no fault of the customer. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item if you choose to return it for a refund. After you've initiated a return, we will send you an email with the return label.  The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The cost of a return label is usually less than $10 for U.S. orders.

International Orders

Shipping is not free for international orders. You will be provided several options for shipping carriers and the associated costs and estimated transit times when checking out. The transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Please also allow one extra business day for order processing.

For international returns, you will be responsible for returning the item to us using the carrier of your choice, and you are responsible for paying the cost of that return shipping.

Please also note unless the shipping option you choose explicitly states that import taxes and/or customs fees are included, the shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customs fees that may be imposed by your home country. If your order is not delivered because you fail to pay any applicable import taxes or customs fees or you otherwise fail to take the necessary steps to claim your shipment, you may not be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned to us, we will subtract any return shipping fees from the refund amount.

Third Party Forwarders

We will ship to a third-party forwarder (i.e. a company with a U.S. address that then ships items outside the U.S.), but in the event that the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the third-party address, the order is not eligible for reshipment or refund regardless of what the third-party forwarder indicates about the status of delivery. By using a third-party forwarder service you are taking on the risk of any package not being delivered to you despite being marked as delivered by the domestic shipping carrier.
